中国碳市场有什么问题？什么原因造成？

中国的碳排放权交易市场还不够成熟，这体现在三个方面。第一，中国的资本市场是从上个世纪九十年代才逐渐开始运营的，在今年才将成立全国统一的碳排放权交易市场。这与美国、欧洲等国家和地区的资本市场相比，还属于非常初级的阶段，碳市场作为一个二级市场同样不够成熟。第二，碳排放权交易，标的物是看不见摸不着的碳，对于中国的投资人来说，能够理解它的价值和稀缺性，是非常困难的。第三，芝加哥碳交易市场，以及欧洲的碳交易市场经过长达十余年的运营，其结果并不乐观，中国有人担心有重蹈覆辙的风险。
