“绿普惠云”服务政府碳普惠案例荣登福布斯全球区块链50强

美国东部时间2022年2月8日，被誉为全球财富“风向标”的《福布斯》杂志正式公布2022年全球区块链50强榜单。“绿普惠云”服务的政府碳普惠项目“泸州市‘绿芽积分’”案例荣登全球区块链TOP50，该项目由微众银行提供区块链开源技术支持。

“泸州市‘绿芽积分’”是北京绿普惠网络科技有限公司（以下简称：绿普惠）为泸州市政府建设的政府级碳普惠平台。本案例应用区块链技术使得碳减排数据发行、分发等过程公开透明，实现个人、企业、政府碳账本的有效连接，并通过奖励绿色低碳行动，推进消费端碳中和，激发全体泸州市民参与碳中和的热情。

Green Inclusive Cloud is based on All-China Environment Federation’s group standards"Quantitative Guidelines for Carbon Emission Reduction of citizens' green behavior" , under the guidance of Center for Environmental Education and Communications of Ministry of Ecology and Environment, by recording and quantifying the green behaviors practiced by every Luzhou citizen on different platforms such as clothing, food, housing and transportation, supports Luzhou municipal government generating government carbon account book, which could also generate personal carbon account book for every citizen.

 

It is an important digital tool to help government promote the national green and low-carbon action and effectively support the region take the lead in realizing carbon neutrality. 

 

This case applied Webank blockchain technology to make the issuance and distribution of carbon emission reduction data open and transparent, realized the effective link of individual, enterprise and government carbon account books, and promoted green low-carbon actions through rewarding, advanced consumer end carbon neutralization, so as to stimulate the enthusiasm of all Luzhou citizens to participate in carbon neutralization, which has great social value.

 

2021年6月5日，“绿芽积分”入选生态环境部“提升公民生态文明意识行动计划”2021十佳公众参与案例。同时，“绿普惠云—碳减排数字账本”将社会公众和每一位公民纳入实现双碳目标以及碳金融进程中，有效将消费端碳减排与政府主导的生产端碳减排形成互补，助力形成全社会绿色低碳生活方式，富有创新引领精神，在2021 年 11 月获得国际金融论坛（IFF）全球绿色金融奖创新奖，全球仅十个项目获此殊荣。
